BAMBOO IS BEAUTIFULLY NATURAL

Bends, curves, hairline cracks, and natural variations are a part of its organic character, not defeats. It is not a soft or uniform material, embrace its uniqueness in every creation.

 

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS/POLES

All items are handcrafted to order. Once production begins, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Please review your order carefully before placing it. In the instance of visible and proven flaws, outside of the contents of the approved sketch and or estimate,  the item would be eligible for rectification or a partial refund/credit. Any adjustments done in the absence of proven flaws are at the complete discretion of Eliza-Rosetta Home.

WORKSHOPS

Due to limited spots and prepped workspaces and materials, cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, non-creditable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Workshops are held rain fall or sun shine, in the event of severe weather (e.g flooding) that prevents us from safely hosting the workshop, we will reschedule. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, you will receive a credit toward a future workshop of your choice.

• If the future workshop chosen has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
• If the future workshop chosen has a lower price, no partial refunds or credits will be issued.

PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND

Please allow 14-21 business days for your item to be crafted before shipping or pickup. You will be notified if there are any changes to this turnaround time.

PICKUP

Orders must be picked up within 7 days after notification. Unclaimed items may be resold without refund.

PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of ordering/purchase with the balance due at time of delivery, collection and or installation. This is payable via bank deposit, cash or cheque.
