  1. When purchasing pieces made from raw materials like bamboo and hardwood trees,  one must note that these plants almost NEVER grow in a straight line and so there is the posibility of bends,  cracks and blemishes in the material.
  2. The term "flaw" speaks to any features of the product that were not included in the initially approved estimate and or sketch. All measurements are given by the client and in the instance that the client does not provide accurate and or complete measurements,  Eliza-Rosetta Home would not be liable or required to provide adjustments free of charge.
  3. Treated bamboo undergoes an array of treatment processes that research has proven to be effective against the infestation of termites and beatles. E.R Home treats the bamboo to the best of our ability and present knowledge as research is an ongoing process.
  4. We try to treat the bamboo with environmentally friendly products and avoid strong chemicals where possible. We do not promise 100% guarantee since the manufacturers of these product do not do the same.
  5. We soak our bamboo in an eco-friendly boron treatment solution over 10-14 days,  follow up topical sprays (as neccessary) are recommended, given the tropical environment we live in. We suggest Solignum Colorless AZ. This is made to combat fungal and wood borer attacks.
  6. In the instance that treatment is visibly ineffective following inspection,  E.R Home would offer to retreat the poles using a stronger treatment solution.Â
