Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upfront to reserve the date.
Balance Due: Remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before the workshop
Cancellation Policy
Due to the private nature of the booking and the short window to reopen registration to the public, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the group cancels less than 5 days before the event, the full payment becomes non-refundable.
You’re welcome to transfer your spot to another person or group if you’re unable to attend.
Dress code
Loose, stretchy, comfy clothing. Preferably long sleeved since we are in the Scotland District and bugs love this area.
